    Hop pellets: Columbus ja Amarillo, dry hop with Mosaic

Malts:
Crisp Finest Maris Otter: 3,5 kg
Château Vienna: 1,5 kg
Château Cara Ruby: 0,5 kg

Mashing:
1. Mash In @65°C 75 min
2. Temperature increase to 76°C 10 min

Boiling:
Boil @ 100°C  60 min
20g Columbus pellets added after 30 min
30g Amarillo pellets added 10 min before end of boiling
50g Amarillo pellets added to  Whirpool, (10 min)
