Usage:
Grilling: Around glowing tree carbon put 2 centimetres veneer of woodchips. Grill should be covered directly after composing meals on the grill.
Time of grilling – from 10 to 30 minutes
Smoking: In dependence on kind of gammon place we are dispose, put the woodchips on a plate specialy designed for that or around glowing place
Woodchips should be kept in dry, chilly place.
