Excellent for supple and fruity red wines (berries, herbal aromas, dried fruits). Vinoferm Red ensures a rapid start to fermentation at low temperatures (from 18°C) to preserve aromas. Best to use at temperatures between 20°C and 28°C. Low foaming.
