Hop pellets – Target 2019 8,2% (100g/500g)

Widely used for high alpha acid content comined with an acceptable aroma. Pleasant English hop aroma, quite intense.
Used For: Robust bittering. British ales and lagers.
Substitutes:
None really quite like it, maybe East Kent Goldings or Northdown.
